I read this report yesterday, it's 70pages full of anecdotal evidences of Zuck's intentions since he started it back in 2004. 
Plus their monthly MAUs are hugely overblown plus advertisers and content publishers are waking up to the fact that most times metrics related to reach/clicks/views are out of touch with reality
